Similar to an online video-chat, Safe Space Counseling Services, PLLC, conducts therapy exclusively via a secure portal. You will need:

  • A private space

  • A phone, tablet, or computer

What are the steps for teletherapy?

  1. A short telephone intake appointment with me - this allows us to get to know each other! Therapy is all about our relationship. This is our time to ensure we are a good fit!

  2. I create a secure portal access which will be sent to your e-mail address.

  3. You complete your intake paperwork, necessary consent, and disclosures electronically. No printer. No scanning.

  4. We schedule a good time for our first session. No long waiting list - I have appointments available right now.

  5. On the day of your appointment, you will have a link to a secure portal in your email inbox. Click the link and away we go!
